
If you are a Senior interested in the Early Admission Program for Spring 2012 the deadline to apply is November 15th.
Junior’s and Seniors interested in taking Dual Enrollment classes in the Spring and have not yet met with your counselor to review eligibility requirements and fill out a permission form please see your guidance counselor as soon as possible!
The application deadline for the 2012-13 Early College and Early Admission programs is FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2012.
-It is required that parents and students attend an information session if they are interested in the Early College Program. College Program Information Sessions will be held on the following dates/locations:
Tuesday, January 17, 6:30-8:30pm – SPC Clearwater Arts Auditorium
Thursday, January 19, 6:30-8:30pm – SPC Seminole Conference Center
Wednesday, January 25, 6:30-8:30pm - SPC Clearwater Arts Auditorium (for Tarpon Springs students)
Tuesday, January 31, 6:30-8:30pm - SPC Clearwater Arts Auditorium
Students interested in taking Dual Enrollment for the Spring 2012 semester must submit their permission form to their counselor by the Thursday, Dec 15 deadline! Please see your counselor if you have any questions regarding the Dual Enrollment process.
If you are a sophomore and you are interested in attending the Early College Program at SPC during your Junior and Senior year you must attend one of the information sessions being hosted by SPC throughout the month of January. This is the only way to receive an application. Dates, locations and times of the information sessions are posted on the OHS and SPC websites.
If you are a Junior interested in the Early Admission program for senior year please see your guidance counselor. The deadline to apply for Early Admission is February 10th.
Graduating Seniors: St. Petersburg College is accepting applications for the Summer of Success, which is a 6-week “introduction to college” program for your just-graduated seniors (dates are 6/11-7/20, Mon-Fri 9am-12:45pm). The SOS program allows students to earn 3 college credits while on a scholarship. Students must apply and be accepted into the SOS Scholarship program.
Please refer any interested seniors to www.spcollege.edu/osp and click on “Summer of Success”, then click the “Get Started” button to apply online. Also, all applicants will need to interview at the SP/G campus and bring a copy of their unofficial High School transcript with them. For more info on the SOS Program, please call 341-3526.
